What is the best product or natural cure for dog mange?

Answers:
There are two different types of Mange. Only the Vet can tell which kind.
The first one is Demodectic where mites that normally live on your dog will suddenly multiply beyond their normal limits. They burrow under the dog's skin, causing it to itch.
The second one is known as Scabies. These are picked up from other animals. This type is very contagious and makes the dog miserable with scratching frequently.
Your dog really needs to go to the Vet for the right treatment it needs.
People can get scabies from the animals . I would get the dog to the Vet as soon as possible. If you have any other pets I would have them checked out as well.

Mange is caused by mites which are always present on the dogs' skin. When they proliferate out of control (usually due to a weakened or compromised immune system) then the animal is said to have mange.
It requires an insecticide (either oral or dips) to kill the mange mites.
This is not a do-it-yourself project. The mange mites can infect humans also (called scabies in humans, but still the same critter)
