I looked it up and the first one i found was the english mastiff. They said that was the largest. Then i found another dog which was the great dane. But then i've heard that the irsh wolfhound was the largest. The first website is the english mastiff and the second one is the great dane. Hope this helps!

the irish wolf hound is the tallest it can stand over 6ft. on it's hind legs and the saint bernard is the heaviest. (my saint weighed 250 pounds and it wasn't fat either he was a big boy)
