It is either a Toy Fox Terrier or a small Rat Terrier.
That definitely loods like a chihuahua rat terrier mix (spots under hair and long legs are indicators of rat terrior)
It looks like it may be an Italian Greyhound
Except for the markings, I'd say he looks like a mini pin.
